Greatlife's organic and gluten-free Rice & Teff Pasta Penne is produced by a small family business in southern Italy. They produce the best gluten-free pasta we have ever tasted. The Rice is grown in Italy and is very low in anti-nutrients. Teff is low in antinutrient but rich in protein and fiber. Greatlife's organic and gluten-free Rice & Teff Pasta Penne is free of corn, soy, dairy products, brown rice, buckwheat, whole grains, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids. The pasta is made in the traditional way with organic gluten-free flour and water. It will not be simpler than that.
