How should bone marrow be stored?

Store Bone Marrow in the refrigerator. Once opened, 100% Grass fed & Organic Bone Marrow, will keep for up to 6 months. Use a clean spoon each time you use the marrow, and seal the jar tightly after each use to protect it from moisture and air. The bone marrow can be shipped at room temperature.
