Women's 55+ Advanced Multivitamin can be taken any time of the day, even on an empty stomach. It contains a nourishing blend of vitamins and minerals delivered with real, whole foods, including oranges and carrots to name a few. Women's 55+ Advanced Multivitamin Includes 25 mcg (1000 IU) of vitamin D3 per serving to support healthy bones a full spectrum of B vitamins (including methylated folate) to support cellular energy production and nervous system health, as well as healthy cardiovascular function and choline to support a healthy memory and cognitive function. Women's 55+ Advanced Multivitamin also contains 125 mg of green tea extract.

Suggested use
2 tablets daily. May be taken anytime throughout the day, even on an empty stomach. The tablet can be crushed or ground and sprinkled on food or into drinks if you find it difficult to swallow.
