Suggested use
3 capsules daily. May be taken anytime throughout the day with food. If you find it difficult to swallow the capsule, it can be opened, and its content can be sprinkled on food or into drinks that should be consumed immediately.

Unexpectedly superior!I've tried several other types of high-quality magnesium, and sure, they have worked fairly well, but not even close to how well this one does. Truly in a class of its own! Waking up at 4 am and not being able to fall back asleep is now a thing of the past. Soooo nice!

Unbeatable!Your magnesium is unbeatable! It is the best. I have tried other types of magnesium without much effect. But this magnesium has reduced my stress and it speeds up recovery from exercise.
